Payment History and Invoices

If you require a tax-compliant invoice for your records:

  • Visit https://www.wpzinc.com/account
  • Login with your email address and password
    • For purchases made via PayPal, this will be your PayPal email address
    • For credit/debit card purchases, this will be the email address used at the time of purchase.
    • Use the Forgot Password option to reset your password, if necessary.
  • Click on the Payment History and Invoices tab.

  • Click the Download link beside the Payment Record

PDF invoices are generated by FreeAgent, a leading accounting software solution, and will open in:

  • Google Chrome
  • Preview (OSX)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • FoxIt PDF Reader

If you are either unable to download or view a PDF invoice, please open a support request with the following information:

  • Operating System and Version
  • Browser and Version
  • Software used to attempt to view PDF
