Generate: Page Builders Integration: WPBakery Page Builder

This guide refers to basic usage of Page Generator Pro with WPBakery Page Builder.  It is not a substitute for referring to the Generate: Content Documentation, which must be read first to understand all Content Group configuration options.
WPBakery Page Builder is not Visual Composer.

Older versions may work, however the steps below may not reflect the available functionality.

Failure to follow all steps in this section may result in incorrect working functionality.

Dynamic Elements

WPBakery Page Builder’s Text Block uses the Classic Editor / TinyMCE, therefore allowing you to build each Dynamic Element’s shortcode using the UI:

How to do this can be found in the Adding: Classic Editor / TinyMCE section of each of the Documentation links below:

For other WPBakery Page Builder modules, you’ll need to manually build each Dynamic Element’s shortcode using the documented parameters.  These can be found in the Adding: Page Builders section of each of the Documentation links below:

Common Issues

Backend Editor and Frontend Editor Buttons do not display in a Content Group

Follow the Setup section of this document.

Still don’t see these options?  Some Themes disable WPBakery’s Page Builder frontend editor.  Whilst Page Generator Pro makes every best effort to re-enable frontend editing, it is not always possible.  In this case, you would need to raise a support query with your theme provider to resolve.

Keywords not replaced in Raw HTML Block

Use either the Text Block or WP Text Block, observing that both support HTML using the Text tab
